While blackout roller blinds effectively dim the light in a room, it's important to note that during peak daylight hours, some light may still seep through due to small gaps at the sides of the blind. However, this light bleed is minimal, and the fabric of our blinds ensures that 100% of direct light is blocked out.

As these blinds are made from moisture-resistant fabric, you can either have a quick dust or hoover to remove any dust build-up quickly, or opt for a deeper clean. Using a damp cloth with no detergent or cleaning fluid to avoid damaging the print, and you can choose to keep your blind up for this or remove from the brackets. In both instances, rehang to allow it to air dry, regularly opening and shutting for ventilation. However, regular usage of the blind helps reduce any build-up naturally.

We no longer offer different types of finishes for the bottom of the blind, so as standard every blind will have a straight finish with a hidden bottom bar to keep the blind weighted.

Yes, we provide the necessary brackets, and you will need to find suitable screws/rawl plugs for your wall, generally 15-25mm self-tapping screws and good quality rawl plugs will be what you need.
